I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this office. It has taken over two days countless phone calls (and counting) just to get a simple prescription filled. Each time I call, I’m told that the prescription has been sent to Walgreens voicemail— but the pharmacy repeatedly confirms they have no record of it and the office simply refuses to call over there to fix the problem. This has happened several times before, not just once.
The front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional and most of all incompetent. They constantly gave me false information, would tell me someone would call me back (and never did) and cut me off when I try to explain that i couldnt get my medication. I had to physically drive to the office (at their direction) to get answers, only to be handed a photo copy of the prescription that the pharmacy couldn’t even accept. Hours and days wasted over simple laziness and or incompetence.
The after-hours line is no better — you’re told the doctor will call back, but no one ever does. It feels impossible to get any real help or communication.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. Last year, I had to return multiple times over nearly two months because the doctor didn’t order all the necessary tests at once. I was left in pain for weeks without a proper diagnosis. I had to persistently follow up over and over to finally get answers.
This office consistently shows a lack of care, organization, and respect for patients’ time and health. I do not recommend Dr. Vanita Patel’s office to anyone looking for a reliable or compassionate medical provider.
At the end of it all, to top it off, her office sent me a letter stating that I’m no longer welcome and should look for another doctor. I wasn’t planning to return there anyway, because Dr. Patel doesn’t care about her patients — she only cared about office visits and copays. Even for a simple phone call discussing tests and medications last year, I was charged an $80 copay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR AND OFFICE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

Dr. Patel is very nice, patient and understanding. Dr. Patel answers all questions and explains in a way that I can understand. I truly recommend her.

I came here to get a second option and treatment options. This is the first time I felt listened to and heard and we have a game plan that I'm comfortable with. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Patel.

She was very pleasent. Dr. Patel took her time to explained all the different options available to me and how they differ from each other. Would definitely recommend her to everyone I know.
